they do have a reset button - try that

if not, then try to download the software for your computer and reset it that way

Download the firmware update PRO_PLT7223G_FIRMWARE.ZIP
Download the RockusbDrivers from https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B_keThrKc71iYkZXMHNxZWdVT0U/edit
Save these files to a new folder on your desktop.
Unzip the FIRMWARE file and follow the instructions. When you need the tablet drivers, manually install the drivers from the RockUSBDrivers files in the new folder you created.
