If you have Windows 7 or 8 it is available from within the Menu.
If you have OS prior to Windows 7 then you need english version of MS OS (CD or DVD).

You need to reformat the harddrive and set the language on the very first step of the windows installation. You need to have an installation disc which has English language. You would need to reload all the drivers and the programs into your computer,

At the top on your facebook page there is a tab with 7 words(yours being in chinese I don't know what they say in that language) just count over to the sixth word which is settings in English. You click on the first selection which is account settings in English. Then you count over 5 which is language and from there you change to English.
