This error code indicate that the product has an internal error condition. You need to Reset your Printer:
Without turning off the product, disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the product.
NOTE:
The USB cable connects to the port on the back of the product. The port is labeled with the USB icon (
).

Try to reset the printer:
Unplug the printer from power
Hold the # and 9 together while plugging it back
If still not working try again with a # and 3 combination

There are 3 different resets that I know of for this printer try all of these:
To do a reset press and hold the # and 3 buttons while plugging in the power.
If that doesn't work then try these other two resets and do them the same way as you did the first one:
press # and 6,
press # and 9,
