Replace the entire door, do not try to straighten it. If you or the retailer paid someone to deliver it, they are responsible for replacing it. The retailer where you bought the oven should be able to replace the door for you or you can contact Miele's Service and Repair Support at
the rep is right as of yet there is no recalls on this problem and yes they are tempered but in my many travels I hve only seen two do this once you have the glass replaced this will take care of the problem also if you use a oven cleaner that is not made for self cleaning ovens and get even a drop on the glass it will shatter
