Thanks for the link, it was more then I was able to find one their website earlier, but my motherboard isn't in the list. Maybe they haven't released a new one yet.
I'm not overclocking, just trying to fix some problems that the computer has been having.
Any other ideas?

Hello,
It sounds like CPU is overheating, but other components such as the video card or motherboard chipset can also be overheating. It could be that the cooling fan either has failed or is starting to fail too.
Make sure all the fans are spinning and the computer is several inches from wall and that the fan ports are unobstructed. This helps keep the CPU cool.
Also try removing and reseating the processor; then reinstall the CPU heatsink with new thermal interface material.
I hope this help you.
It is your USB drivers/Ports as per the line that states = WUSBS4GV4x64.
The x64 indicates it's a 64bit driver. If you have a 32bit Windows then replace the drivers with the proper 32bit drivers.
You can determine if it is the USB by disabling it in the Device manager and BIOS. Then testing your system in order to see if it BSODs.
That is a MIcroStar board, you can get them from Ebay, MicroStar, look any motherboard that you want will work, ALL MB are standard and only have xtra's over and above what each one has, so just get a board with similar specs as your or better and your good to go.

This error comes when your motherbord not read properly harddrive. for that first reconnect both connection to harddisk.Power cable and ide or sata cable. Change SATA or IDE cable then check. Pull cmos cell from motherbord for 10 minutes so all settings are factory defaults. Then when you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or "del" key then you can see bios screen. Make sure hardddrive detect in bios. Set first boot device as harddrive. Then check. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks.
The board is maxed out at 1066 and it does not appear that gateway has a BIOS update to allow for the higher FSB reuired with the faster Intel chips. If you installed one of these newer LGA 775 chips into your computer it may work but would be a lot slower than what it is rated due to the chips multiplier would be set for 1333. I could not see any BIOS updates from gateway for this board. Also these chips are designed to run with the faster memory and the 800mhz memory speed would also be a bottle neck for your system.
