SOURCE: we had a power outage and now the oven will not come on the rest of the stove works inckuding the clock the preheat and oven lights come on but the oven does not heat up, we have tried turning off the

My guess is the element in the back of the oven took that moment to die. You will have to get an appliance engineer or good DIY electrician to check the supply to the element to be sure. While you have it out you can write down the serial numbers etc off the label on the back. You will need them to purchase a new element. Just go online to an appliance spares specialist.

Had power outage & when electric company put new transformer on, stove came on with this error f11 error, when open oven door it mesg goes off & on, oven wont work now

I appreciate your post, Katherine!
Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire range is displaying an "F11" error code after a power outage. An "F11" error code stands for a shorted keypad. I would suggest performing a reset on your range and you can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker off for at least ten minutes. If that does not work you may need to have a professional technician out to provide proper repairs. This will prevent you from any unnecessary part purchases. Hopefully this is helpful. -Matt

Kitchaid electric range display PF what to do

PF indicates a Power Failure. Turn off the power supply (for 30 seconds or more) to the unit and then back on, select/touch the range cancel/clear pad and reset the clock. The range should work again, unless there was damage to the control during the power interruption.

I suggest you study the instruction manual and maybe contact the manufacturer in case there is a reset method.

It shouldn't be overlooked that a power outage is often accompanied by a power surge or a voltage transient or spike capable of damaging sensitive electronics, in other words computers!
Almost everything is a computer these days, which is why every home should have major appliances provided with surge protection and some area protection. Half a dozen surge protectors around the home protecting major appliances will provide a degree of "herd" protection to some of those items without direct protection.

We had a power outage for several days. Now that power is back on, the electric igniter will not work. We have to light the burners manually. There is no "clicking sound" indicating the...

See where the range is plugged in. Check to see if there is power there. If so, the igniter must be replaced. This is not a difficult repair. I would guess there is a power problem, blown circuit breaker, open GFCI outlet or the plug is out.

My schott ceran class top stove keeps saying F1 on it and don't no how to fix it

Hi,
Here below we have aprocedure to try to see if you can save the ERC.
F1 touch pad / ERC test
This simple test will help determine
whether the ERC (Electronic Range Control or Clock) or the touch pad is
defective when F1 error code is present.

Note: Some models
incorporate the touch pad in to the ERC as a single assembly, in which case this
test is not necessary. Simply replace the ERC (Clock).

Warning: If
you feel in any way uncomfortable performing this test or making this repair,
please contact a qualified appliance repair technician.

1. Disconnect
power to the range (unplug the range power cord or turn the power off to the
range at the circuit breaker). It is very important that the power to the range
has been disconnected, so please double check before continuing.
2. Gain
access inside the control panel.
3. Disconnect the touch pad (also called
keypad or membrane switch) ribbon from the ERC.
4. Make sure there are no
lose wires, or anything else that may cause a short when power is turned back
on. Assemble the control panel back the way it was.
5. Turn the power back
on.
6. Wait for at least one hour to see if the F1 code comes back (usually
accompanied by a beeping sound).
7. If F1 comes back, replace the ERC. If it
does not, replace the touch pad.
