If you're in the dos window just type exit and hit return.

change your resolution to 800x600 or 1024x768 resolution.
then right click the c++ exe then go to its property and go to screen enable the full screen. now u get the c++ editor in full screen.

Ooohh. A command line fan!

Here's some basic commands for you

cd - Go to previous directory
cd Go to $HOME directory (cd dir && command) Go to dir, execute command and return to current dir LS Linux version of dos's DIR Dir will ALSO work though.
FDisk Manipulate the partition tables
CP copies one(or more) file to another location
Eject Ejects cd/dvd media
Exit Leaves the command line goodness, and returns to GUI
Man Important reading for linux newbies
MkDir make new directory
MV move or rename files and folders
rm delete a file
Rmdir remove(aka delete) directory
Umount unmounts a device("safe removal" for thumb drives)

Is this a trick question? There is no "DOS mode" on a MacBook Pro.
Do you have WIndows installed as part of Boot Camp, and your machine is booting into Windows? To boot back into the Mac, either use the Boot Camp control panel in Windows, or hold down the Option key after you hear the startup chime and select the OS X partition to boot from.

DOS mode

Try to Type - EXIT if not :
Press CTRL-ALT-DEL or just shut down the system and turn it back on.
That will get you out of a DOS Loop most of the time.

Also can you be more specific about your problem in order give you a better solution.

Trying to open DOS,it goes to restart mode

Is that windows dos? Or DOS that usually booted from a cd rom?
If this is windows DOS,seems to me a viral activity. It is commonly a symptoms of infection.
