This is the steps to change the language ,follow them..
Menu > Tools > Settings > Phone > General > Phone Language
The settings menu can be identified easily because it has a Spanner picture for it..The phone settings is the first option in settings menu ..General option is first in Phone menu,where you choose the language option and you can choose the english language...

the phone selects the language according to the information on your SIM card so I would request a new sim card from my service provider in english
Hi let me give you a hint.First try to Open Menu >> Setting by following the symbol >>Open Phone setting by following the symbol>>> inside the you'll see English.....Good luck

high, all you need to do is the following, make sure the phone is on its first screen, ie so it looks like it does when your about to make a call,
now press menu so it brings up the menu screen, so just press menu once, thats step 1
now step 2 you press these but not fast press 4 and it should go to another menu screen then press 1 and it will go to another screen then press 4 again, then choose english and it will then be in english ok,
if your unsure do the following, switch fone off then back on, when its loaded up and come on press the menu button, then press 4 then press 1 then press 4, now choose english and you will be back in english, give me a shout back if you have any problems ok
