Pride Go-Go are a range of scooters in 3 and 4 wheel. With a multimeter, test continuity from pin to pin across the connector. The best idea is to take it to a local dealer as they have access to factory data. The controller wiring is complicated and models of controllers has changed over the years. There is some help in the link but not a lot.

I sounds like the switch is not making contact relieably. Make sure your key is clean and if that does not work, than the switch inside the console will need to be replaced. Contact Pride Mobility for a technician local to you.
