I have moved into a new office and the Panasonic KX-T7633 in the new office doesn't show the date and time on the display instead it shows extension number and "incoming call: 002" how do I change it to show date and time? As well, when a call comes in it does not show me the name and number of the person calling as the other offices do - can you advise how to change this as well? Thank-you!!

On an idle phone, press either * or TRANSFER to step the display to show 3 different pieces of info.

You need to cancel absent message on your phone. The method depends on which Panasonic phone system your phone is connected to. Following are the methods for three different Panasonic phone systems. Once you cancel absent message, your screen should return to date and time, if not then press * until it does.

KX-TA624 Phone System
Press intercom button, dial 750#, lift handset then return handset to cradle to end.

KX-TA1232 Phone System
Press intercom button, dial 7500, lift hanset then return hansdset to cradle to end.

KX-TDA100 or KX-TDA200 Phone Systems
Press intercom button, dial *7500, lift handset then return handset to cradle to end.

If you are using this phone on a Panasonic KX-TDA 30/100/200/600 system.-
From the Switcboard / Main telephone or Managers phone with the handset on the cradle/hook:
1. Press PROGRAM * * or PROGRAM * # followed by the system password ( default is 1234).
2. Now press 004 and then ENTER.
3. Enter the extension number you want to change.
4. Enter the name (the same way as texting on a cellphone)
5. To save the changes press AUTO DIAL / STORE.
6. To go to the next extension press NEXT on the screen.
7. Lift the handset and put it down to exit program mode.

Your extension reads 102 because that is the extension #.
Press either the tranfer key or the " * " star key and your display will change to time and date or just the date.
