Is there anyone that can help me

Cant send or receive mms.when I send mms it say sending but its not being sent and when I receive it I have to click downloading but its nt.and then I get a message saying its nt sent

    hello i have blu 5.5 check your APN. I have a service called gosmart a baby company of t-mobil. I went to my server page. for example my company name is gosmart so i went to gomart and clicked on . Problem with mms and go the help. What company do you have you can do it on your phone with out calling. I called the company of my service and they couldnt help me so i just googled it.

Please activate any GPRS and MMS plan and selected GPRS and MMS settings as default. Also check with your service provider which all providers you can send and receive mms because some service providers do not allow to send mms to other service providers like Aircel.

Picture is a mms .If you want to send picture then it is compulsory that both phone(Sender's phone and Receiver's phone) must have MMS GPRS settings.

Hi,

I think the problem here is with your connection. I understand that you have the right settings from your operator...however you should check with them to see if your line is data enabled for MMS (this is how your pictures are sent....in an MMS message).

Cant send sms
The settings are all different, Internet, Wap etc... for MMS you need to call your service provider and ask them to send you the MMS settings, they are sent via a txt msg, when you receive them click Save or Install.
MMS doesn't work between all networks.

Hi Kim, Contact your provider and ask them to send you there WAP and MMS settings, usually when you recieve theese you switch off your phone, power it back up and YOU need to send a picture to activate the MMS settings with your provider. Good Luck!

GPRS Settings to send and receive MMS
hello,
normally when u get a phone, service providers setting by default you should be able to send received mms. how ever some cases it my be turned off by ur provider. call them make should they to have mms feature added in ur account and u should be able to send receive mms.
