Toro Super Blower Vac will turn come on. Is there a reset button?

when you remove the vac part there should be another "grid type" part that snaps in place of the vac tube. This engages the safety switch and keeps your fingers out of the impeller.

If it has not run for awhile, check the brushes. they might need to be replaced. The plug is usually moulded right on power cord. That might have to be replaced because if there is a problem with a broken or disconnected wire right at plug there is no way to see it. Hope this helps.

the attachment on the bottom has to be fully in place for the blower to operate

I pushed the button and it didn't work either, but what I discovered was that there is a plastic piece on the cover that pushes the button in and works as a safety switch. That piece had broken off. I used a tiny screw and electrical tape and positioned it in the same place to hold the button down. Works just fine now.
