Your pc accepts DDR pc2700 ram dimms
go to your local computer store or a electronics store and as for ddr pc 2700 ram in up to 2gb
which mean you can install 2) 1gb dimms into your computer.
open the cover on your computer and look at the motherboard for 2 long chips that look similar to what you bought.
push the white clips outward from the chip and it will unlock them and pull them out.
replace with you new ram and replace the cover.
when you insert the new ram make sure the chips push into the slots and the clips fold in to relock them in.

Your computer will support 2x1GB (2GB max) DDR2 SDRAM.
Installing it is surprisingly easy!!!
Remove the power cord from the back of the tower and then take off the side panel so you can see the motherboard, then look for the ram (memory), it looks like this >>>>>>

You will will have only 2 of these slots and they may differ in colour, all you have to do is push on the cream tabs to release the memory modules and to put it back in just make sure it clips into place.
