Bios is locked but I don't know how it locked need backdoor passwords

Is there any clr cmos written on the board. The motherboards which do not have jumpers come with three point like solder on the board. You have to short first two manually with some wire.
If it is not there then you have to flush the bios with the bios flushing utility.

For those with Fujitsu Lifebook specially with PhoenixBIOS never remove your CMOS battery no matter what happened.Or else you cannot used your laptop forever....You will surprised 100% with these message

When you flash the bios (normally from a floppy drive) it should overwrite anything that is there.
In this case you must boot from the floppy. Unfortunately, with a laptop you don't have that option.
I suggest you put the bios flashing utility that you probably downloaded with your bios update file on a flash drive. I think your laptop has the ability to boot from that.
Anyway, on startup, press F12 until you get the boot options and try that.
