Maybe and maybe not.

It maybe that the water line to the water dispenser is leaking
I am including a link to youtube videos about refrigerator water leaks but there is little about Samsung. Hopefully turning on the heater will solve your problem. At least one of the videos shows how to replace the tubing in a different brand of refrigerator.

Why does my bleach dispenser cup fill up with water every time I do a load of laundry?

I agree with grady709 about the plugged inlet lines, I had water left in my Samsung front load all the time and made sure the machine level and nothing wrong with venturi. I suddenly had water leaking from somewhere instead and when I took the top off I could feel the line swell up and leak at the fitting. Hose still leaked after replacing. Put a drill bit by hand down the nozzle where the hose clamps on and it was plugged up and also the bleach line was plugged up, also inside where the tray goes there is small holes in the top where the water sprays out can be plugged. Worked for me. Live where the water is hard.

Samsung french door refrigerator ice maker no dispenser defroster leaking water into bottom and produce drawers

If it is a frost free unit the water collects in a well at the compressor , there is a heater element in the well that boils off the water , this is were the fault is.

A 2 to 21/2 year old Samsung bottom mount freezer RB217ABPN purchased from Costco. Water is starting to collect under the crisper drawers in the fridge section. This is the third time in a couple of months...

You have a leaking water tank behind the crisper drawer. You will need to get back there to determine if the tank is leaking or the water connection is leaking. This will only leak if you close the door and dispense water from the dispenser.

The water dispenser keeps leaking even when we are not using it

Hello, if it just leaking slowly check the filter if the filter is fine replace the water valve. If the water will not stop running out like you were pressing the water button replace the switch behind the dispenser.
