I opened the TV, but no "switch" on the PCB to do a "reset to factory". ... You almost certainly need the remote, and also the service manual that .... and I was able to get into the menu by remote and to disable the Child lock.
You can't reset it without its remote control. Because, you have to enter its service mode to do this; and if you want to get its service mode, you "Must Have" its remote control. Gopakumar Gopalan Google
You must have its original remote control do do a factory reset, because, there is no other way to enter its service mode, without its original remote control. A universal remote won't do.
