With DISH Network, we have TV Everywhere. With a 722 or 722k receiver and a Sling Box connected to a high speed Internet router, you can view your recordings and Live TV from your cell phone or PC with Internet access. You only need to log into your account at DISHnetwork.com and select Remote Access. You will also need the APP for your cell phone. I hope this helps.

To program this hold the clear tv button down for about 4 seconds the other mode buttons will light up. Once they are all lit hit 505 and pound. If I understand you correctly, once you installed your new TV, your DISH remote doesn't allow you to change satellite channels. If this is correct, you will need to readdress the remote to the receiver. I have provided a link with these instructions. Included with the link is instructions for programming the remote to your TV.
Not all remote are compatible with all our receivers. Depending on the receiver and remote model numbers, if they are compatible you can readdress the remote to the receiver. I have provided a link for readdressing the remote to the receiver. I hope this helps.
