My kenmore ELITE 721.64282 microwave/convection just stopped

I checked the outlet, it works fine. Was heating my pizza in the convection and all of a sudden it just went dead.  When I plug it in it does nothing, no lights, nothing, as if it isn't getting any power.
I appreciate any assistance

    Sorry I didn't get back sooner. We were able to fix it. We replaced this part:http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdir...
    And now we plug it into a different outlet and put it out where it gets a bit more air circulation around it. Hope it helps.

You need to take it to a Service Centre. They are too dangerous to work on yourself and the case is secured by special security screws. You can check the back to see if there is a screw in, out pull out fuse carrier.

I have a kenmore microwave/convection oven model 721.64289300. The microwave stopped heating up but the convection works fine. Is this repairable.
I would suspect you have a failed cook relay on the control circuit board, but that can be economically repaired.

It shows that is there is some direct short circuit in the product if you are technical person then only check one by one HT diode,HT capacitor and finally HT transformer & megnatron.

Kenmore elite microwave touch screen stopped working
Same thing happened to us. We just came back from Sears, where we bought another. Just for giggles, my wife suggested unplugging the old one and plugging it back in again. It works now. New one's going back to the store.
