Sir/Mam Check the 2nd transfer roller the sponge looking roller replace it normally done when replacing the transfer belt

Was the new one OEM or third party may have gotten a bad one replace with new one

Check the toner/drum cartridge. reboot the printer. This could've a high voltage power supply issue.

no reset code on those ones, just a sensor that detects new waste toner bottle. Just clean the sensor ( photo interrupter) inside the machine.

I had something similar happen with a Magenta cartridge. My only option was to call Minolta. After hours on the phone they finally agreed to replace the faulty cartridge.

I suspect that from time to tame we receive a cartridge with a faulty chip.

After emptying the waste toner bottle, wash and dry it so the bottle is clear. If the toner bottle is dirty, the sensor may think it is full.

Go to "Ch. 7 replacing consumables" > "Replacing Consumables" > "Replacing the Waste Toner Bottle" this is found on page 165 of the user guide. This walks you through replacing the waste toner bottle.
