I have also changed the Ignition Delay Module, but have not tested it yet, but still it has the flashing battery charge light.

When you let it sit did you remove all the fuel or add a additive? If you did not then I would recommend that you remove all the fuel and add brand new fuel to your system. Gasoline only last for about 3 to 4 months before it will start to go bad and this sounds like your problem

If it is not turning over then it sounds like there is a problem with something either electrical or the ignition. Usually this problem is a fuel related issue. Especially after sitting over the winter. But I will admit that I am wrong sometimes and it can be electrical or the ignition. But letme know how the gas goes first and then I will help you diagnose it from there if that is not it

Craftsman riding mower runs mows fine for about 10-15 mins then sputters out and wont restart tuill bout half hour later

two things can be doing this ,
(1) fuel tank pick up is broken in half and works till gas works it way down to break , proof of this is when u add more gas and it starts right back up
(2) breakdown in ignition system , this can happen in a few places (if I knew your model number I can tell u more) eventually It will fail and never restart

Craftsman mower with 20hp B&S Intek won't start/run

That throttle cable issue sounds like it may be the culprit. the cable housing (the outer casing for the wire throttle cable) may not be anchored correctly. Which may be allowing you to move the throttle without any change at the butterfly control on the carb. make sure the cable housing is anchored at both ends.. by the throttle control and at the carb area.. That may be your problem... hope it is that simple...

Starts quits then starts after a few min

Have you checked your fuel filter? it may be clogged or contain water, which will limit flow of the fuel. This would be simplest to relace. Otherwise I believe it to be a carb problem.
