Hi have micromark electronic safe no EX2003085561 when i enter code top right hand green light flashes and lock will not open any assistance gratefully accepted

if it's in a cold room use a portable room heater for a few hours to raise the battery tempreture a few degrees this may give them a boost, then try the factory preset code 159A or 159B
