Climb the closest pole to the hole in the ceiling and a female voice will start announcing sound credits for the game.

One fix for freezing during blu-ray movies is the go to video setting find a setting called BD 1080p output 24Hz (HDMI) set it to OFF. The lines on your disk could be a laser drive that need looked at dirty or some misalignment maybe needs a new laser.
