Did you have the unit looked at by a repair tech? What is the year of your unit and symptoms? The screen is just like a projector screen (DLP stands for digital light processing) It does not have pixels like a monitor or TV has and doesn't wear out or break unless it was physically damaged. If you could get one the cost of repair would likely exceed the value of the unit. If you have picture issues it typically is the lamp, color wheel, or dmd board or a defective capacitor. Have you registered your unit with Samsung with current contact info? I looked up how to fix red horizontal lines on a Philips flat-screen tv. It turns out it needed the Y buffer upper replaced. I am not sure if this problem would be similar but it might help. I am also searching how to fix a fuzzy screen on a DLP tv. Hope you find what you need.

it is very hard , call samsung back this dlp chip problem is under recall because of this issue

this sounds like a dlp ic failure and it will keep getting worse. the ic must be replaced

i think you do have a DLP Television because this happens a lot whit samsun DPL White spots in the screen.

No they couldn't have replaced everything or did they Replace Light Engine? Because that is what is Bad on your TV if under warranty get it Fixed Now Light Engine is very COSTLY !!!!!!!!

Light engine replacement.....go thru SS authorized service so
you can lay the pressure on them........T.

The outer screen is called a Lenticular screen, it may come as a set with the Fresnel (the inner, and the way I would actually go) the screen is very hard to replace usually on a DLP as they have a somewhat sealed upper side and alot of screws.
