My straight talk Samsung R37SC phone makes a buzzing sound when I try to use it. What is wrong?

You need to call straighttalk. Does it have a sim card? If it does it miite be wrong becuz i bought a fone yesterday and we called becuz it said call failed, Text could not be sent retry. We took it back and got a replacement without a sim card it works great! Mine didnt have the rite sim card! hope this helped (:
