My kocaso m9100 tablet is locked and my niece doesn't remember the password how do I reset it so I can use it

I had this same tablet...it quit on me after 2 months. I called the company and they replaced it with a M9200 which would not turn on after 1 month. I found the factory reset button on the back under a small sticker. Plug it into the charger and gently push a sharp toothpick or other sharp non metallic object inthe the small hole until you get resistance. Then gently push 'till you feel a tiny click...this should reset the tablet. Mine crapped out because it is a junk company. There are more complaints on this company than any other I have ever seen. I wised up and bought Google Nexus 7...best 7" tablet made.

My Kocaso M 9100,won't load up when I turn it on it has the llittle android man than the Kocaso page than the page that's has androids than it just scans but won't load any of my Apps or homepage

You will lose all your personal data... but the only thing I can think of to do for this is to do a factory reset. To do that you have to hold down the start button and the volume button until it comes on and gives you a menu. Then navigate from there.

Go get yourself a bigger card too. 8mb is way too small.

M9100 boot ans stuck on android screen

Try performing a power reset. There should a power reset button near the charging port. It looks like a tiny hole. While plugged into the charger, use a paperclip to push the button inside this hole for 3-5 seconds.
Debugging mode has to be engaged by running ADB, but becomes quite complex and device specific. Plus it can stop your tablet from working all together, so try this first.

Kocaso m9100 tablet drivers

There are no drivers, they only come with the firmware, so you would have to update the firmware to install them.
