Hi, this is a belt issue. make sure the tension on the belt/motor is sufficient. adjust to specs. if the belt is fine, this will be bad bearings in the roller assembly.

its the drum rollers at the rear of the drum inside the machine, they get dried out from the heat and do capture some lint, then they squeal and chatter, you need to remove the front cover and drum belt and drum to access them, then remove e-clips that secure them to the spindle they ride on and clean out both spindle and wheel center, lightly oil with a very small amount of a dry lube like silicon and replace also do this to the idler pulley as they can also squeal while you have it apart
I got cut short.. and disconnected...so if this is a repeat, please forgive me:
Dryers 101
1. Heat alone does not dry clothes
2. Air alone does not dry clothes.
3. Only dry, heated air passing over and through clothes will dry them...
I recommend the following:
Set the dryer for "Air Dry".
Go outside and check the dryer exhaust.
Confirm that the exhaust is spewing out lots of air.
If it is, then you have a need for a technician to inspect everything - in person.
If it is NOT, the you need to determine the clog - or reason that air is not moving through your dryer, clothes and exhaust system.
ONLY 2 possibilities exist:
1. Fan motor is frozen and needs replacement....or
2. Duct/exhaust is clogged with lint and will not allow air to pass through.
Could be 2 things... either your heat source is out of repair or your vent is blocked. Since you say it only gets warm I'll assume the problem is with the gas coils inside the unit. These parts are replaceable
Check in the hole where the screen goes for blockage. Many times debries falls in there when removing screen. It cant make it out of the vent so it builds up and clogs the vent.
