My Sony Grand WEGA KF-50WE610 LED blinks 4 times. After turning it, on you can hear the audio for like 1 second but no picture ever comes on and the LED blinks 4 times.

I got your question and replied it as service manual says about 4 blinks error. TV gets high temp signal from temp sensor.
Check temp sensor and replace it.

Temp sensor is called IC41 and part number is as follows..
IC41 8-759-442-07 IC LM75CIMX-5
it is mounted on H3 board and board part number is as follows..
A-1405-433-A H3 BOARD, COMPLETE
and H3 Board is available in Part Store.

When I tried to turn on the TV, I could hear the fan start and after like 2 seconds it died off and the LED started its 4 blinks secuence in red.

Do you have the part number for the temperature sensor?
The part arrived from the Part Store last night. The board has an audio/video jacks. Does this board replace the board located at the front of the TV? How do I replace it? Would I have to take the TVs back cover off or can it be replaced thru the front of the TV?
Part installed and continues with the same problem. Just trashed $90 plus a couple of hours of my time.
