you have to configure your Printer Fax just check your manual you will find the configuration how to configure fax will print direct without going in memory

plug power while pressing the stop/clear button for 5sec
this will full initialize machine

It can be the other person's fax or there is something wrong with your lines. Conect fax to another line then try again.

You need to install the smart thru office either from cd or from downloadable site. You must have a fax modem for your pc.

Barry just a suggestion,try downloading the samsung software from the internet and see if that works.It may be just a comand problem.
