Thumping from motor reebok treadmill

What is the frequency of the knock? Is it every second, few seconds, or very fast? This can tell if it has something to do with the track or the motor.

LUBE THE deck belt,+rollers bearing front and back. test the drive belt motor, and replace the belt if necessary.
However if the problem persist, TIME to replace the deck belt

if the problem persist replace Roller(s).

If speed ctrl LED is flickering and no DC output on motor spade then the motor control board is defective and needs to be replaced

If you do not find a solution i have a faulty screen and require a replacement cheersb andy

Sounds like that there is a short in the control board.

OPEN MOTOR SHROUD SO YOU CAN BETTER INSPECT THE UNIT CHECK THE DRIVE BELT THEN I WOULD CHECK THE RUNNING BELT TO SEE IF THEIR IS ANY DEBRIS THAT THE BELT ITSELF IS SPLITTING SINCE YOUR SAY A THUMPING SOUND. SINCE KEYS FITNESS MADE THIS UNIT THEY ARE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS, BUT TREADMILL DOCTOR HAD PURCHASED THE PARTS. SO GO TO TREADMILL DOCTOR.COM THEY MAY HAVE THE PARTS YOU NEED
