My cell phone is not working right

I recieved a text message,didnt answer it right away,when i did the screen was all blue,cant access my phone,calls will ring in but i cant answer it

Hi, this is a major control fault and you may be able to reset the main board by removing the cell battery for 5 minutes. if the issue still exists after the reset, you will need to replace the main circuit board in this unit.

for sending text messages :
1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct
2. call to your network operator customer care
3. request the message center number...
4.note it down
5. go to message settings>message center number
6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it

this solves your messaging problem ...

Can recieve txts but wont sent texts. tried to turn phone off, didnt work.
Call your Service Provider,
Ask them to Give you the MESSAGE CENTRE NUMBER
Then go to your mobile messages settings and choose text messages then choose MESSAGE CENTRE NUMBER ,then put the MESSAGE CNTRE NUMBER there

Do you need internet to recieve mms messages on the htc xv6800? i can send and recieve normal texts but i cant send or recieve mms messages
You do not need internet access but it depends if your service provider has enable this on your account.The best thing is to call your service provider and request further information..Normally they cost a bit more and it will vary from provider to provider.Hope this helps.

You need to restore factory settings of your k800i . your phone default code is 0000, go to setting then select restore setting or factory setting and enter code 0000 .

Phone goes blank
sir is it blinks with white screen only or blinks with white screen then shut down?
-if the phone can receive/send text and mms messages while the incoming and outgoing calls become shut down,i think you need to replace the battery because it is weak.use only original battery.
-and if it is blink with white screen only try to reset all settings or reformat your phone,if not work hardware problem go to repair shop.

Env2 inner and outer screen do not work
just take it to the verizon store and they should replace it, water damage is very serious and messes everything up as you can see

Cant recieve texts
All service providers have a message route number. This number is kind of like a mail room. It sorts out where the mail goes. The number could be incorrect. Either look for it in your old phone and make sure they are the same. Or call your service provider and they should be able to change it right on the spot. Hope this helps.
