The arrows you are seeing are for sizing the band. I cannot find 26311SS in my data base, but I have a good idea what you need to do. The curved piece is a safty that goes over the clasp. Take something like a round toothpick and with the curved piece going to the right like this: ( put the toothpick under the far lefthand side, in the middle and see if you can pry it up ,( I say use a tooth pick so not to scratch up your watch) it should flip over to the right.Check and see if there are any spring loaded buttons on either side of the clasp, if there is push them in ,and lift to your left If there is no buttons just pry up towards your left. If this dosn't work PLEASE let me know, and I will find the exact watch and we can go from there. Good luck!!

SOURCE: How do i get my Lucien Piccard 26570SL Automatic running?

You have to wind the watch first. Pull out the crown (the knob on the right side of the watch) to the intermediate position (the winding position will not move the hands or the date so this is how you know that you are in the correct place. Most watches have 3 positions where you can set the date, time, and wind it) and wind the watch. It will need to be re-wound every 24-48 hours.

Go to the web site "lucienpiccardusa.com/"

From the menu on the left select "customer care".

Scroll down the page until you find "instruction downloads"

Choose "three stage movement instructs"

If this is not quite what you need, you could email them.

I was given a Lucien Piccard womens vintage gold tone watch. Iam unable to find a model or serial number on the back casing or sides.

I got this Lucien Piccard gold watch in a vintage shop with no model/serial number anywhere. Can someone identify if it's real LP or a replica?

Value for 28116BK

about $100.

Lucien Piccard is a brand with distant Swiss heritage, which now has the same address as Invicta, SWI group, Stuhrling/Akribos and World of Watches. Asian manufacture and always a deep "discount" from list price. This isn't to say that they don't have some great looking watches, only intended as a bit of background to the company.
