If the turntable is unstable in the oven, it's most likely an issue with the oven cavity. The tray is probably borosilicate glass, the roller guide is simple, this is something a service tech should see in person. Yes! I agree with Chris the turntable motor will need to be replaced, please remember there are lethal voltages present, so remember to unplug and short the high voltage capacitor across the 2 points with a long screwdriver.

You could try www.partselect.com or maybe radio shack if you have one near you.

If the oven is heting and turntable not turning, then the problem is either the turntable coupler or the turntable motor.

The faulty part must be checked and replaced.
