Have you checked your ground? Do you have the positive & negative terminals inside properly connected?

You need to have the ground attached to what you'll be welding on. Make sure there isn't anything on the end of your wire. Also, if your voltage is all the way down it won't do anything either. Oh, one more thing, make sure you have a contact tip on the end inside the cone. That will be the copper thing the wire goes through with a really small hole. I know some of this sounds pretty obvious but if I hadn't done these things at least once.....I wouldn't know what to look at either. I also don't know your experience level and want to cover all avenues. Hope you find it!

Used my brand new Rossi 130 a gasless mig welder & after 10 minutes the wire feed stopped,

The only things that come to mind after your checks are a spool not set in completely, a stripped spool or a spool drive shaft failure of some kind.
so...make surenthe spool is not stripped, its seated all the way and if so is the drive shaft for the spool and/or feeder pulleys all moving. If nothing is moving anywhere but you hear the actuator motors turning inside you have a warranty issue.

My Lincoln weld pak 100 feeding wire but can get an arc

There are several things that could cause this:
1. The relay (contactor) that switches on the arc is not closing and it could be bad.
2. The diodes in the power supply are bad.
3. The low voltage transformer is bad.

My welder won't feed wire it sounds like it's trying to energize but can't. A couple of times it fed through but wouldn't feed to weld so I had stick weld. What happens if the liner has a restriction?

first unscrew the tiny tip at very end of torch (can be hot)!! then try to feed wire thru handle, gently shake cable as you do helps to feed wire thru cable , if successful you have allowed the amps to get too high for the feed rate (slow) and melted the tip closed , these tips are replaceable from miller and are not expensive

I have a kende mig 105 gasless welder, but the wire isn't getting fed through on the feed wheel, tried different welding wire and also turned the wheel, tried tightening the wheel, slackening it as well,i

Here's a few things you can check:
When gun trigger is pulled, do the drive wheels turn? If they aren't, pull the trigger again; do you hear anything within the machine (contactors closing, gas solinouds opening, any clicking, etc.) that would indicate the trigger circuit is functional?
If the drive wheels are turning, but wire isn't being pushed thru the mig gun, check for proper drive roll vs. wire size. If that is correct, check gun liner for obstructions. Flux cored wire tends to stop up a wire liner fairly quickly.

Why wont the wire come through my cosmo gas gasless welder

Most mig welders have reversible feed spools. There is a good chance you have the spool in the .030 wire side. Remove the spool retaining clip and flip the spool to .023 wire for example. I don't know what size wire you are using. Also there is an adjustment for the drive spool. Tighten the tensioner spring thumb screw to increase the feed tension.

Rossi 220BZ Gas/Gasless Inverter Welder MIG MAG ARC Portable Welding Machine

The Rossi 220bz mig welder comes set up to use gas welding, that is with the Mig electrode connected to the positive terminal, inside the machine.
To use gasless mig wleding, the mig wire must be disconnected from the positive terminal inside the machine and reconnected to the Negative terminal - inside the machine. Open both the side coveres of the welder using a phillips screwdriver. Use a 13mm spanner to undo the hex nut holding the thick copper Mig lead to the terminal named positive, then lead it through the machine to the terminal on the oppisite side of the machine, labelled negative and screw it in place there with a 13mm hex screw. Be carefull not to bump any of the many electric parts inside the machine.
If you run the Mig welder in gasless mode with positive earth and positive elecrode it will blow the household electric fuse.
If you run the Mig welder in gasless mode with negative earth and positive electrode it will work, but the end of the Mig gun tip will get very very hot and start smoking abnormally from excessive heat.
But if you take the side covers off and rewire it (takes about 10 minutes) to negative Mig Electrode, the Mig gun tip remains cool and does not overheat. You will have to cut just one white cable tie, to get an extra inch or so of free Mig cable, so the thick copper Mig lead will reach accross to the terminal on the other side of the machine named negative. Stick the earth lead at the front in the positive terminal.
I did this on my Rossi 220bz mig welder.

Mig gas conversion for JobSmart 125 Flux Wire Welder

The other difference between gas/gasless is the ability to reverse the gun polarity which you can't do with a gasless only welder. You can get it to work but not safely and reliability could be an issue also.

Have solar 110 2172 mig welder does this mig use gas can i use flux core wire also is owners manual available

Yiu can use both innershiel and solid core wire. All you need to do is inverse the polarity for the innershield wire (gasless wire) connect the gun to the ground and ground cable to positive side.

I have a century powermate 70 mig welder and using .30 fluxcore wire. the machine says that it is gasless also. the machine will not weld right. is this the right wire or what could be wrong?

Check that your ground clamp connection to the weldment is secure (tight).
you can weld with the shielding gas, or without.
by not welding right, what exactly do you mean?
