My Printer is showing an error message that say: "Error1x61011bed". I was reading about, and found that a carriage jam can produce this problem. Printer doesn`t have any jam, because of the disassembly I made it. I Only could make a full reset, but this doenn`t fix the problem. If you have any aditional idea how to solve it, please let me know about it. Thank you in advance.

SOURCE: my printer will not print.

Hi there, regarding with the problem that you have..the error message that you are encountering with that machine is something about to work on with the printhead..because the printhead is the one causing the problem why is that the error message keeps on popping up, i believed that the printer model that you have is already out of warranty..the printhead is not replaceable if the printer is out of warranty.. well in that case, quite frankly the printer is already faulty.
you can definitely call HP by dialing this number 1-800-474-6836 and let them see what they can do in their end..
Thanks!

How do i reset ink pads codes for epson artisan 800

Unless you have cleaned the waste ink reservoir and ink pad, don't! best to get it serviced, if you have managed to clean out the pad and reservoir, there are programs available online that you download that will reset it.

HOW TO SOLVE ERROR 5B00 ON CANON PIXMA MG2400 or resetting software for ink absorbers on canon pixma 2400 for the mentioned error 5b00

The manual and Canon website just say, contact the Canon service centre.
Please check what the net has to say about waste printer ink. When the printer "thinks" the reservoir is full, it could give this error. (not sure if it is the same number) But for some brands you can get little programs to reset that counter. I recently did so for my Epson printer.
Perhaps you should look there. Emptying the reservoir won't reset the counter, but you also should clean out the ink in the waist ink reservoirs.

Why does my Yellow ink print with a deep green tint on my Epson R220?

The symptoms point to some kind of contamination between the cyan and yellow. Most likely is that the yellow nozzles are picking up a small amount of cyan in the cleaning/resting pad when the printer is waiting to print... it's also possible the printhead has started failing and is allowing ink to mix somewhere before the nozzles...

The former is more likely however, especially if you are able to print a few pages of yellow where the greenish tint/lines fade out to become pure yellow.. but then re-appear after the printhead has rested.

Causes of this problem tend to be a backed up waste ink tube or failed pump.. Again it's more likely the former, especially if you've been resetting the waste ink counter and ignoring pad replacement or redirection of the waste ink.

Simplest solution is to locate the waste ink tube (accessible via the access hatch in the back of the printer) and then flush the tube through using a syringe of warm water (don't use excess pressure). Then fit an external waste tank so that the pad ink doesn't back up again (and solve the waste ink issue at the same time).

Obviously if the printhead or waste pump are failing then you have no other options beyond a new printhead, reconditioned model or new printer.

Hope that helps...

My canon printer 1p 1000 says the waste ink absorber is full contact service center

hi

you need to replace the absorber waste container. But to ensure you can work around this, do this first. Remove the square rubber at the end of the right side of your printer. Use cotton cloth absorb the waste ink. Clean and wipe the ink around area and place the absorber back into the tray.
Finally clean your print head by using dry cotton swab. If this deosnt work, try this: if it doesnt solve the issue, you must replace absorber waste ink tank .

  • You can manually override it, but I recommend getting it replaced.

Reset waste ink tank counter CANON PIXMA iP 1000
    Disconnect printer from AC power
Press and HOLD the POWER button, and connect printer to AC power
    release the the POWER button
    Press the POWER button again
please send me 4 thumbs up

Message says :"waste ink absorber

Clean it out, its a pad underneath the print head, you've not said which model printer you have so I suggest you go to the manufacturers web site, follow links for support and see if there's a FAQ frequently asked questions page with your issue mentioned.

Sign showing Waste Ink Absorber is almost full. What should I do?

It means that your well used printer has reached the point that it needs maintenance: your printer waste ink pads and reservoir need to be removed and cleaned/replaced AND the internal counter reset.

It is 'officially' recommneded that you take your printer to Canon prnter service centre but I think that buying a new cheap printer would be a cheaper option!

You an also try to maintain and fix the problem your printer yourself: resetting the counter is 'relatively' simple (by going to the Service menu) BUT YOU MUST clean the waste ink pads and reservoir or RISK A MAJOR INK OVEFLOW DISASTER.

If you want to do it yourself, just Google for 'MP150 Waste ink counter' ....

Hope it helps!

The waste ink reservoir is full from cleaning

You need to have a new drain pack installed, around $10.00 for the part. The job is best done in a shop since they have access to the service mode to reset the counter after replacing the part.

Ink cartridge

look for the manual and look if there is a way to reset the gadget. one way is to push the button before plugging the unit while pushing the power button, release the button then press again, this may not work for HP. Another thing is that the waste ink absorber may be full or clogged from using refill ink not used by HP, so you need to clean the waste ink reservoir. This is not an easy job but may work fine.
