Engine cant run with air filter fitted, I have cleaned it .but the problem remains the same

When you load a generator it should increase in speed to compensate for the voltage drop, is it increasing in speed?

There are many proplems is Kipor generator. And if the generator has problem, you are the better to contact your supplier or engineers.

Your question is general without specific details. Any one of many things will cause your generator engine to stop running.

Is this question about a Kipor KDE5000TA? If so, your generator is powered by a diesel engine. There are safety shut downs built into the generator to protect the generator head and engine. Do you have any fault codes showing on your control panel display screen? (Trouble codes P-01 through P-05 will be displayed if there's a detected fault)

If you have no fault codes, then you likely have a fuel problem. Do the obvious:

1. Visually check the fuel level in your tank. DO NOT rely on your fuel gauge. It may be stuck or otherwise not working.
2. If you have fuel, check your fuel filter. It may be clogged. If your fuel filter is good, you may have water contamination.
3. Drain your tank and refill with fresh #2 diesel fuel. I use "Diesel 911" with a biocide to prevent water contamination and bacteria growth in my fuel.
4. Make certain your fuel oil supply and return lines are clear, not leaking, and the fittings are tight.

I know I'm shotgunning, peppering the target. However, I don't have enough information to zero in on a specific area where the problem could be. Good luck!

494 is possibly control board hours with power on it, not engine run hours

I suspect the inverter module has failed. The module failed on my kipor gen and produced the same problem, ie no A/C outpu. Module was about $300 for Kipor. Fitted myself, problem solved.

Your oil level sensor is bad. It needs to be replaced. If you unplug the wire leads to the sensor you may get the generator to run, but you'll have no low oil level/pressure protection. The oil level sensor is on the engine crankcase usually near the oil level dipstick. You'll likely see a small sensor with a couple of wires attached to it. To replace it, you'll need to drain your engine crankcase before removing the sensor.

you need to clean out the sump air vent. and change the filter for the air breather. some are fitted with a clean easy filter you take off and wash out.

1- make sure the air filtr is clean
to make sure the problem is not from the air filter run witout air filter
2- there must be a ajustabe screww which controls the amount of fuel out put from the injector turn that screw and see the result .
3- make sure the engin is not burning oil . by checking the level of oil every 6 runing hours you can figuer this out
4- some smoke is normal with dissle engines
