You need to download the printer drivers from the Compaq/HP WEB support/download page. Make sure you select your model printer and the XP Windows version of the drivers you require and install them. Click on this link to download the drivers: - www.compaq.com/country/cpq_support.html www.hp.com/#Support
Use this link to get your drivers for that specific printer click on HP Photosmart Full Feature Software and Drivers and then on that page you should see install, click on that once you have dont that run the add on, It will then ask you to install. There you go. If this doesnt work for you go to www.google.com and type in hp photosmart C3180 drivers and you should be able to find it from there. Hope this helped.
