My subscription was a gift on Christmas 2007 from my sister and her family. They added my radio to their plan and they pay for the subscription. They renewed the subscription on Christmas 2008 for another year.
It was working Sunday morning on way to church. When I came out of church, it wasn't working. The radio was showing to call 888-539-sirius to subscribe and it doesn't show any channels but the pre-set buttons show the channels I selected but nothing but the call information is showing in the window.
Umm.. Call the number?
Sounds like the subscription is out.
Could be clerical on their side, could be any number of things. But that's pretty simple. It says call the number, so call the number.
They may not be able to speak to you since you're not the account holder, so you might need to have your sister call, in which case, provide the serial number of the unit to your sister and have them call.
