There should be 3 'fuses' inside a microwave. The 'line' or monitor fuse, the magnetron fuse or TCO (thermal cut out) and the cavity temp fuse. I'm trusting that you have verified that the outlet is 'hot' first. Be careful !!

I'm guessing you are only finding manuals in Russian. You didn't include an image of the front panel, but I suspect either the GR or the DRS specify Russian models. In searching for just MC8083 there are several manuals... but one in particular looks like it *might* be what you are looking for... in English. If you opened the door while it was in cycle the main fuse has blown along with other possible damage.
