Should be adjusters where the wire feeds out to the hose... adjust those. couple of youtube videos online should help you out
Depending on how many hours you have on your liner-you could have a sticky liner.
open door while pulling trigger.
does rollers move smoothly and continuous speed?
do they jerk and hop?
loosen tension on rollers-its not a grinder-you could have too much tension and its distorting wire so its not round anymore and your liner is round...
replace your tip-could be all gunked up.
Make sure wheels are set for diameter of wire. Make sure tension on spool of wire is not to tight. Adjust drive wheel tension per instructions in owner's manual. Make sure tip is clean and of the right diameter.
I had the trigger switch go bad once. As it deteriorated the operation became erratic. Check it's operation with a multimeter.

You need to have the ground attached to what you'll be welding on. Make sure there isn't anything on the end of your wire. Also, if your voltage is all the way down it won't do anything either. Oh, one more thing, make sure you have a contact tip on the end inside the cone. That will be the copper thing the wire goes through with a really small hole. I know some of this sounds pretty obvious but if I hadn't done these things at least once.....I wouldn't know what to look at either. I also don't know your experience level and want to cover all avenues. Hope you find it!
