What is the error message?

Have you tried a factory reset??

1) Press [FUNCTION]

2) Press [J] 'Utility'

3) Press [Tab>] to select SYSTEM RESET page

4) Use [4V] button to MARK ON all available settings. Use [2V] to select each setting.

5) Press [D] to EXECUTE when all settings are checked.

1. Try the volume

2. Your adapter may not be the proper voltage/amperage. If the adapter has ratings listed, make sure they match the keyboards ratings.

3. Try it with the headphones. If they work and the speakers don't, you've narrowed down your problem. There may be some damage or wiring problem within where the board meets the speakers, and/or before processing.

4. Try it with batteries. If that works, you need a new adapter.

The computer processor in these is NOT subject to the viruses like PC's are.

Do a factory reset on the keyboard to restore factory settings.
