Read the manual. The radio may have been set to some defaults, although the time was not correct. When you started setting the time, it is possible that you should have run through the whole setup. For example some radios have different ranges for the FM bands: there is a Japanese band that starts at 76 MHZ, and ends at 108 MHz; there is the standard FM band from 88 MHz to 108 MHz; and a school band (I can't remember its range).
For AM the gap between neighboring positions may be set at 9 kHz or 10 kHz depending on the location (region or continent).
I suggest you get the manual and see if there is an initial setup procedure, then follow it.

Sled4668w tv scans channals but always shows 0 found hooked upto dish network

This Orion TV made by Sansui was bought by me two weeks ago. It didn't last a week. The sound was terrible, picture was great, and it wouldn't hook up to soundbar without hearing a long delay in sound (A/V or Digital output tried two). I contacted their customer support twice, they were awesome. Told me this model has know issues and said to just bring it back. I found another TV for same price ($399) and same size (46) but it's LCD not LED, better picture and great sound! It is Insignia don't remember the model #. Bought at Best Buy (their house brand).

Can get great hdmi picture but no sound

HDMI very commonly creates loss of sound problems. A few suggestions: (not knowing the model or brand) The first is that HDMI does not like it when connected with the unit/s powered up and on.

If from a Gaming unit disconnect and reconnect with unit off.

Also if from a cable or sat box do the same---unplug the box and hookup and hook up again and plug box back to power--see if a reboot will restore audio.

Not a sure thing but in our shop we use several set top HD boxes connected to sets being "cooked" or tested.

One day (first time I had seen it) we had 3 plasma sets running out of the same box---one had audio and 2 did not---all three were same brand and model---unplugging the box, waiting a few minutes and plugging back to power---box booted up and all 3 now had sound.

Other possible reasons can be ruled out if the HDMI works on another set etc.

Some sets will have a software/firmware upgrade available for issues like this also.

During the past year, we've had to buy five converter boxes quit.

My DTA1050 worked OK. Then, after a period of non use, it would not work stating no signal. The antenna tests OK on a digital TV.

No sound on NON HD channels

I had the exact same problem on a brand new Insignia 26 " LCD with DVD. Comcast tech was able to fix it by changing the Comcast box diagnostics. Here is what he did. Using the Comcast remote with the TV on - press power, cable, menu in that order. A comcast diagnostic srceen will appear. Select Additional HDMI options, then audio options. Change the audio options to L-PCM. Press power again to exit the diagnostics. That will fix it and you get to use the HDMI cable.

No sound from my brand new speakers

I am assuming you have tried new speakers on used unit on both A & B choices. Have you tried your new speakers with old 2802? If they work OK with old unit, you have problem with amplifier in used unit. Take the used 2802 to a reputable shop and have it thoroughly tested. Perhaps it is just a loose connection.
