Generally if the power lamp is on but the set is dead its the power board, you could remove the back if your comfortable doing so and check the voltages going from the power board and see if any are missing or incorrect...good luck!
The UN32EH4003F needs a streaming device to connect to Wi-FI. This can be a set top box (Amazon Fire, Roku) or one of the streaming sticks. You can't use a USB wireless adapter to connect the TV to a network. The specifications and manual for the TV are available from Samsung support: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/UN32EH4003FXZA . The current link to the manual is http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201406/20140627170213074/[UE4003-ZC]BN68-04466A-02ENG-1016.pdf .

Hi John,
Back light failure is a common problem in these sets and power supply replacement is not the solution. It is repairable, but may cost you quite a bit. To repair this problem the failed leds have to be replaced and the lcd panel has to be opened apart. That is a delicate and risky job.
Good luck.
I had the same problem with my LTP227W and it is also about 4 years old. Took it in to be fixed and they found it was two capacitors in the power supply. Parts for this TV are not available anymore but they were able to repair the power supply. The TV works fine now. Hopefully I can get another four years out of this. Repair cost was $150.
