Very likely your main board is gone. Get help from local computer store to fix the computer. It could be your charing port or even your ac adapter, Make sure use another ac adapter and see what happens.

Get some cups and label them with the screws that you remove from the laptop. Start removing screws from the bottom of the laptop. A digital camera would be handy to take pictures of things before you remove them.

You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password and privileges. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions.
