Konica Minolta magicolor 2400w will not print

I have perused posted problems and suggestions and I think that my paper feed roller needs a tension adjustment or a replacement. There was one reply with directions for adjusting tension that I couldn't figure out because taking off the back door to the printer didn't give me access to anything. I also have cruised the web looking for a way to order said part and have come up empty-handed. Any suggestions for adjusting the roller or getting a replacement part would be welcome!

pleas check transfer belt, and drum unit, probably these lines are caused by drum unit and you have to change it. also you can clean laser glass, what is under the drum unit. if both look fine you can also look at the fusing rollers.

SOURCE: Konica Minolta Magicolor 2400W -- Only Prints on Reboot!

I've had that problem before too, and found out that there were copies of the printer that had somehow installed themselves on my computer. All I needed to do was to choose to print with "konica minolta copy 1" instead of the one that I *thought* was installed and it worked. I then deleted the original printer and just stuck with the copy.

Did you buy a whole new drum unit, or just change the cartridge? If so, the fuse may still be blown. Also, you may need to empty the spent toner out of the old cartridge.

For the language problem, reinstall the printer driver, selecting "EN" for the language to be in English, not "ES".

For the print problem, there is not enough information to diagnose. Please detail the symptoms. If you meant indicate that the printer recognizes an attempt to print, there should be a message on the LCD panel and certain LED lights indicating what is happening. We (the solution providers) need to know exactly what that is.

I have 2-2400W printers, not used a few years. Both failing exactly the same. They draw paper, get a faint partial smudge image. Error "jam in transfer rollers". The transfer belt has the ink on it.

I had the same with my canon printer last year. But you have to be patient enough to Try cleaning the ink using a damp cloth on the feeder roller and transfer belt. Make sure the inside of the printer is clean and does not have any ink spilled on its parts. It will take a while until you get all the dust and fluff out! Also, try taking out the printer cartridge and then back on. Then try printing a test page: Select PRINT TEST PAGE and press the Menu Select key.
If that doesn't help, you may refer to your printer troubleshooting manual or check this link for further details: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/805991/Konica-Minolta-Magicolor-2400w.html?page=158#manual

Paper feed issue

You didn't setup the paper size correct, check again in the driver and application to have the same dimension with the actual paper in printer.
