Rachel, If you do not see it pressed into, molded into, or labeled with a serial #. There may not be one.
Better to ask Moultrie Customer Support where it can be found when you talk to them.
I called Moultrie service earlier. My nite pics are non-existent. They recommended a new SD card, which might help you. Rec: Sandisk. Avoid " Ultra, High Speed,Dmpina, Mini, Micro, PNY, Max Flash, Extra flash, and Premium. The number @ Moultrie:800-653-3334. Good luck.
Yeah, mine is doing the same thing
i think. I haven't left it out for a day, just been trying to get it to work. It's taking one picture when I turn it on then looks like it goes to sleep and even when I try to wake it up it just goes back to sleep 5 seconds later. I found an option in setup that says 1d but I think I read in the instruction guide that it was just to label which camera number it is so that when you plug in the card you know which camera took it.
from within setup mode, scholl up/down until you find "delete all images NO";press select & NO starts flashing up/down changes NO to YES flashing press select/enter...do same on "EVENTS"...scroll to default settings NO..up/down buttons to yes; select...scroll to setup...reprogram your custom settings.
