Press the left mode-wheel (the side with the flower and mountain icon) until you see the flower (macro) icon in your screen. You're now set to focus on close-in objects, such as type. When you want to switch back, press the left side of the mode wheel once more until you see the mountain icon. You're now set to focus on more distant objects.

Epson Projector S05 text is shodow

If the text on your Epson EB-S05 projector is appearing blurry or shadowed, there are several possible causes and solutions to consider:
  1. Check the focus: Make sure the projector is in focus by adjusting the focus ring. If the text still appears blurry, try adjusting the position of the projector or the screen.
  2. Check the resolution: If the input resolution of your projector does not match the native resolution of your display or screen, the text may appear blurry or shadowed. Check the resolution settings on both your projector and your device to make sure they match.
  3. Check the cables: If the cables connecting your projector to your device are old or damaged, they may cause interference or display issues. Try replacing the cables with new ones and see if that improves the text clarity.
  4. Check the lamp: If the lamp on your projector is old or damaged, it may cause the image to appear dim or blurry. Check the lamp hours and replace the lamp if necessary.
  5. Check the settings: Make sure that the brightness, contrast, and other settings on your projector are properly adjusted. Experiment with different settings to find the optimal image quality.
If none of these solutions work, it may be necessary to consult the Epson customer support or to take the projector to a professional technician for repair.

Why are my pictures blurry when focus is all the way out, and focused when all the way zoomed in? this is also visually obvious on the lCD screen. zoomed out( out of focus)..zoomed in( in focus).

your camera's lense is clear? try clean it with suitable cleaner for lense. If still not working, check your user manual for setting

I video remote control planes and I am finding that the video is blurry. I have altered a few things but it still seems to be bad quality when I play back. I took auto focus off but that just made it...

Well you may be on digital zoom mode, this simply will not be clear with fast moving takes, keep to the Opt zoom mode and with on tripod this will put focus better, keep camera still, move and it will blur.

Focus Issues! Help!

I found the answer on another thread in this site. You just need to lightly bang the camera with your hand and it gets back in focus. Pathetic and archaic, but effective. I used the two finger method like I was hitting a cigarette pack.
