Sounds like you have a good charger/cable, so try resetting the Nabi that's giving you trouble. Hold the power switch down for 10-20 seconds to reset the unit.
I have a couple of NABI-2 tablets and they both react differently to the charging cables; I often have to shut the NABI off completely to charge them. Also, getting the charging cable to connect can be challenging - I will plug the cable in and out several times waiting 10 seconds or so to see if the green LED will go red.

Check its charger. If the charger is faulty, it won't charge the battery. If it is found OK, replace the battery. It is bad.

either your battery is shot as in dead or your charger is faulty
you could try to charge it using a usb lead in your computer or another usb port to see if that works , or try another charger to eliminate your lead /charger you are using

Hi, quite a few things could be the problem, 1, the battery has died....which can be revived with the proper machine, 2. depending on age, it needs to be replaced, 3. your charging port is faulty and needs to be replaced, 4. the wall plug you use can also be worn out and does not make proper contact.....I would suggest that u rather hand it in to a bona fide technician.....

Possible charger damage.
If you know someone with a charger you could use, you should first plug their charger into your unit to see if it works, if not, plug your charger into their unit.
If your unit will not charge with new charger, you may have serious damage, if the other will not charge with your charger, your charger is broken.

take the tablet to a store that sells charger , ask if you can test it before you buy it
