You may need to do a more detailed cleaning on the carburetor. I like to use a Den Tek Brush, (used for cleaning teeth), to get into the small ports. They work great for this job. You may also need to check the small screen in carb. It gets blocked with debris. If you need further assistance, please contact me.

Your fuel line has a split/hole in it. Probably at the top where it goes over nipple to carb.

SOURCE: troy bilt tb320bv 31cc gas blower starts and runs

inside the fuel tank you will see a flexible fuel line with a filter attached to the end ... that filter acts as a weight to position the fuel line in the lowest part of the tank no matter what postion the blower is in ... make sure the fuel line isnt broken .. also make sure the filter is still attached .. you can replace the fuel line and filter but both have to be able to handle achohol (in the gas) .. most of the older fuel lines cant and they go bad in a short time .. its actually hard to find the correct fuel line ... the size is not usually a problem but the material its made of has to say its suitable for modern gas .. most i found at local shops are the old type and wont work ..

It will run in choke gear 2 but when moved to 3 for operating speed it dies down and turns off i follow directions on blower exactly

Check the fuel lines for cracks/breaks. If they are o.k., then:

You will need to disassemble the carburetor and spray with carb.cleaner. Make sure the small screen is free of debris.(Should be able to see day light through it.) Use a Den Tek Brush, (http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.asp?pid=165357&catid=1152),to clean the small portals in carb. These portals canbecome blocked. Reassemble and start.

If you need further assistance, just let me know.
