The simplest way is to go to the bottom left corner of the screen when the document is open, click on the comment button and place your response there. You can also use sticky notes. This works for more recent versions than 6.0 as well.

According to the instruction book for the Janome Memory Craft 15000 sewing machine, one can create free-standing lace with the machine.

How to solve the problem of undesired changing size of printing only in PDF file formats?

If you're saying this happens to PDF's you download from web sites the only thing I can suggest is to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Acrobat, as something has gone horribly wrong with it. PDF stands for portable document format, it's sole purpose is to transmit documents in a way that always prints the same. If it's not doing that, it's broken.

If these are PDF's you are creating, by "printing" to a virtual printer that generates PDF, there's some issue with that virtual printer software's settings. Without knowing what it is, I couldn't guess. Try PDFMachine by Broadbear Software, it's excellent.

When doing a scan ,how do I group 2 or 3 scans together to create a 2 or 3 page file ?

Mark:

You'll need adobe acrobat (the full program) to open your first page, then open the second page and copy the second page to the bottom of the first page, then copy the third page to the bottom of the second page. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat, have your scanner save the file in another format (such as WinWord), then convert to a PDF file if you need to.

My files are created in adobe pagemaker now I want them to convert in jpg or pdf format how?

1. Save the Pagemaker document. If you don't do this before proceeding, a pop-up box will remind you.

2. Go to File>Export>Adobe PDF. A dialogue box of PDF options will come up.

3. Determine what you want to use the PDF for. If you are exporting for a specific print job, the printer will give you Distiller settings. Otherwise, in Job Name, just choose the settings that most closely meet your requirements: High Quality Print for a printout, Smallest File Size for a document that will be viewed online.

4. Click "Export." An "Export PDF As" dialogue box will pop up. Choose the folder in which you wish to save the PDF, and name the file. Check the "View PDF" box, so the PDF will open after it has been created.

5. Watch the dialogue box. It should show that Distiller is creating the file. When finished, the PDF document will open.

Good Luck!

Unable to create pfd with word 2007 document

That is normal, Word 2007 cannot create PDF documents, it can only save files on PDF but, being PDF non his own format, it will lose document format, and may not display pdf.

To create PDF you need the full version (not the free acrobat reader) of adobe acrobat, or a different adobe software (eg illustrator) that manages PDF.

I want to edit docs in version 8, when save the pdf as text opens in notepad and formatting is trashed is there any way we can set that to open in word with formatting intact

You will lose a lot of document format if you open a pdf file in word. I suggest that you use an appropriate pdf editor, like Adobe Acrobat full. It has all the features that you need to edit, create pdf files, also export doc files to pdf
