In Windows operating system, press CTRL+P then go to page setup and adjust the page/ print size from there.

remove the cartridges. vacuum residue. clean copper contacts on cartridges with a pencil eraser. reinstall.

As long as the printer actually has a blue-tooth function it should work as its only a protocol. platform shouldn't be an issue as long as you can find the drivers for the printer.. check

I tried all of the suggestions on here and nothing worked. My envelopes are 5x7.3. So, I finally just put in 5x7 and lo and behold, even though there truly was a paper mismatch this time since that was NOT the size of the envelopes, they printed. I did have to move the text boxes some to make them print correctly. So, I guess the solution for my printer is to actually mismatch the size of the paper/envelope so that you will NOT get the "paper mismatch" error message. Will it work on other size envelopes? I have no clue. This is the first time I've ever been able to print an envelope at all with this printer that I've had 2 or 3 years.

I had this problem on the 6300 and was able to fix it by doing the following:

After selecting print, select preferences.
Select the Features tab.
Under Resizing Options, select "Custom" from the drop down menu.
Put in the custom dimensions of the paper on which you are printing.
Save it under a new name (e.g., "Invitation")

When it is time to print,
Select "More" from the drop down tab under Resizing Options.
At the bottom of the list of those options, you will see your custom sized saved.
Select it, and happy printing.

First cancel all print jobs from the attached computers. In the control panel you can asign the paper size for each tray. These setting also have to match the computer's settings for this printer. You'll find the information on this printer from the printer;s file under properties.

mismatch occurs when printer paper settings and document page size are not the same, check document page size.check print driver settings.
